What the ARC team is

My ARC readers get the full book about two weeks before release, while my editor is still arguing with me about commas. In exchange, I ask for one honest review on Amazon or Goodreads in the first week it's live — honest, meaning honest. If it didn't work for you, say so. ARC reviews that are all breathless five stars read as fake, and the Amazon algorithm knows.
